ADITI ENTERPRISES
ENERGY SUSPENSION DEALER for Trinidad and Tobago and the Caribbean

Quote From Energy Suspension's Official Website:
"Both are our Energy's HYPER-FLEX™ performance polyurethane formulations. Energy has impregnated selected black polyurethane components with graphite — to add a lubrication property. Additionally, both Energy Suspension® red and black polyurethane components are engineered differently than OEM rubber components — to be free a floating and non-binding design. This allows for the additional durometer (firmness) of the components, which adds to the performance improvement of the vehicle overall.
"Through its 25 years of design and formulation of polyurethane, Energy's polyurethane components are the best on the market today."
Simply put - no they wont. While these bushings are firmer than the OEM rubber - consider how bushings interact with the suspension. Bushings (for the most part) are designed to allow the suspension to travel up and down while keeping the proper alignment of the different suspension components. Bushings are not designed to provide cushioning to your suspension - that's what your shocks and springs are for.
While the increased durometer (or firmness) of Polyurethane may pass on more road vibrations to the chassis than the sloppy OEM rubber - the actual geometry of the suspension is only brought closer to perfection by the use of these bushings.
If your bushings ARE cushioning your ride - flexing vertically - just imagine what they're doing to your alignment when they flex just as much horizontally! The likely result - seen at the left - is performance robbing loss of traction resulting from camber change.
While installing bushings can be a daunting task - for most cases, the job can be done by anyone with common tools, a basic knowledge of suspensions, and a willingness to get downright dirty. In some cases removing the old bushings can take some effort, but installing the new bushings is typically far easier than the old bushing removal. To aid in installing these parts - each kit comes with basic installation instructions. We suggest however to have one of our authorised installers do the installation for you to ensure that you minimize the risk of excessive squeaking and damage to the bushings as a result of poor pressing techniques.
There are some instances where the bushings have been reported to squeak, however there are also instances that the bushings have been reported to not squeak! Hmmmmmm, how strange, it squeaks in one customers vehicle but doesnt in the other customers vehicle, although they have the same type of vehicle. This comes down to one of two things, which bushings you installed being the black or the red, and how was it installed. Properly installed the squeaking is minimal to the red only . (see difference between the black and the red bushings). This is the reason we advise customers to have them installed at our authorised garages
